Chapter 7 is the last chapter in a book project I am working on, entitled Venture Capital: Our Economic Cornerstone and the Threats to Its Existence: The Crucial Debate. In the book itself, I liberally make use of terms which I and others have composed and defined. Allow me to repeat those terms and definitions at this point, for the benefit of those reading this material as a separate essay.
