Mr. Bartlett is Of Counsel in the New York City office of Sullivan & Worcester LLP. Mr. Bartlett’s focus is on alternative investments, including venture capital, particularly for high-technology companies. He has been profiled in trade publications as one of the leading practitioners in venture capital nationwide. His practice focuses on emerging companies, initial public offerings, corporate restructurings, private equity finance and buyouts. For the past 47 years Mr. Bartlett has practiced in the corporate securities/finance sector. His representations ranging from multi-billion dollar reorganizations (Tandem Computer into Compaq; DBL Liquidating Trust, disposing of Drexel assets) to the organization of start ups and assisting in the seed round. His published materials and teaching assignments focus on the corporate finance journey from the ‘embryo to the IPO.’
